NCRTC Various Post Recruitment 2025 Apply for 72 Post

National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC) has announced recruitment for various Operations & Maintenance (O&M) staff positions.

The recruitment is for direct appointment under different posts, including Junior Engineer, Programming Associate, Assistant (HR), and Junior Maintainer roles. Interested candidates can apply online before the deadline.

Qualification

Candidates must meet the educational qualifications specified for each post:

• Junior Engineer (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Civil): Diploma in respective engineering discipline from a recognized university.
• Programming Associate: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent.
• Assistant (HR): Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with HR specialization.
• Assistant (Corporate Hospitality): Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field.
• Junior Maintainer (Electrical, Mechanical): ITI certification in respective trade from a recognized institution.

Age Criteria

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Maximum Age: 28 years (Age relaxation as per government rules for reserved categories)

Selection Process

The selection process consists of the following stages:

1. Computer-Based Test (CBT): Candidates will undergo a written examination.
2. Skill Test (If Applicable): Specific skill-based tests for technical roles.
3. Medical Examination: Final shortlisted candidates will undergo a medical fitness test.
4. Document Verification: Candidates need to produce original documents for verification.

Salary

• Junior Engineer & Programming Associate: ₹22,800 – ₹75,850 per month
• Assistant (HR & Corporate Hospitality): ₹20,250 – ₹65,500 per month
• Junior Maintainer: ₹18,250 – ₹59,200 per month
