Bharat Electronics Limited BEL Recruitment 2025

BEL is inviting applications for permanent positions in its Electronic Warfare Naval Systems (EWNS) and Electronic Warfare Land Systems (EWLS) SBUs. The available posts are:

• Engineering Assistant Trainee (EAT)
• Technician ‘C’
• Junior Assistant

Qualification

1. Engineering Assistant Trainee (EAT):

• 3-year full-time diploma in Electronics & Communication.
• Minimum 60% aggregate for General/EWS/OBC, and 50% for SC/ST/PwBD.

2. Technician ‘C’:

• SSLC + ITI + One Year Apprenticeship, or
• SSLC + 3 Years National Apprenticeship Certificate.
• Minimum 60% aggregate for General/EWS/OBC, and 50% for SC/ST/PwBD.

3. Junior Assistant:

• B.Com / BBM from a recognized university.
• Minimum 60% aggregate for General/EWS/OBC, and 50% for SC/ST/PwBD.

Note: All educational certificates must be from recognized institutions and candidates should possess final mark sheets and certificates.

Age Criteria

As on 01.03.2025:

• Maximum age for all posts: 28 years

Age Relaxation:

• OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
• SC/ST: 5 years
• PwBD: 10 years (additional to above relaxation if applicable)
• Ex-Servicemen: As per government norms

Key Skills

• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Strong understanding of technical or accounting principles
• Ability to adapt to factory or unit environments
• Basic computer knowledge (for Junior Assistant)

Selection Process

Candidates will be selected through a Written Test which includes:

Part I – General Aptitude:

• Logical Reasoning
• Analytical Skills
• Reading Comprehension
• General Knowledge

Part II – Technical Aptitude:

• Subject-related questions (based on the job post)

There will be 100 questions in total, and qualifying candidates will undergo document verification.

Salary

• EAT: ₹24,500 – ₹90,000
• Technician ‘C’ & Junior Assistant: ₹21,500 – ₹82,000
• EAT trainees will receive a stipend of ₹24,000 per month during the 6-month training period.

Additional benefits include allowances as per company rules.
