IDBI Bank has announced recruitment for young and dynamic graduates to join the Post Graduate Diploma in Banking and Finance (PGDBF) program for the year 2025-26.
The selected candidates will undergo a structured training program, including six months of classroom studies, two months of internship, and four months of On-Job Training (OJT).
After successful completion, they will be appointed as Junior Assistant Managers (Grade ‘O’).

Qualification
Candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Must hold a graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Candidates appearing in the final semester of graduation can apply but must produce proof of graduation before March 1, 2025.
- Proficiency in computers is required.
- Knowledge of the regional language is preferred.
Age Criteria
As of March 1, 2025:
- Minimum Age: 20 years
- Maximum Age: 25 years
- Age relaxation is applicable as per government norms:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
- PwD: 10 years
- Ex-servicemen: 5 years
Selection Process
The selection process consists of:
- Online Test (Objective Type)
- Logical Reasoning, Data Analysis & Interpretation (60 marks)
- English Language (40 marks)
- Quantitative Aptitude (40 marks)
- General/Economy/Banking Awareness (60 marks)
- Personal Interview for shortlisted candidates.
- Final Selection based on merit in the Online Test and Interview.
Salary
- During Training: Rs. 5,000 per month
- During Internship: Rs. 15,000 per month
- After Joining as Junior Assistant Manager: Rs. 6.14 lakh to Rs. 6.50 lakh per annum (depending on location)
