Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Handling customer inquiries via calls, emails, and digital platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, LiveChat).
- Assisting customers with order tracking, product details, payments, and returns.
- Offering personalized product recommendations based on customer preferences.
- Resolving customer complaints efficiently and escalating complex queries when necessary.
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and analyzing customer feedback for process improvement.
- Staying updated on the latest products, promotions, and policies.
- Collaborating with internal teams to enhance the customer experience.
Skills & Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
