AAI Non Executives Junior Assistant and Senior Assistant Recruitment 2025 for 224 Post

The Airports Authority of India (AAI) has released an official notification for the recruitment of Junior Assistant (Fire Service) and Senior Assistant (Official Language, Accounts, Electronics) in its Northern Region.

Candidates who fulfill the eligibility criteria can apply online through the official AAI website.

Selected candidates will be placed in NE-4 and NE-6 Levels of the pay matrix, depending on the post, along with additional benefits as per AAI rules.

AAI Non Executives Junior Assistant and Senior Assistant Recruitment

Qualification

1. Senior Assistant (Official Language)
   • Master’s degree in Hindi with English as a subject at the graduation level OR vice versa.
   • OR Master’s degree in any subject with Hindi and English as compulsory subjects at graduation level.
   • Minimum 2 years of experience in translation work from Hindi to English and vice versa.
2. Senior Assistant (Accounts)
   • Graduation (preferably B.Com.) from a recognized university.
   • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
   • Computer literacy in MS Office is required.
3. Senior Assistant (Electronics)
   • Diploma in Electronics, Telecommunication, or Radio Engineering.
   • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
4. Junior Assistant (Fire Service)
   • 10th Pass + 3-year Diploma in Mechanical, Automobile, or Fire OR 12th Pass (Regular Study).
   • Valid Driving License (Heavy/Medium/Light Motor Vehicle license with stipulated conditions).
   • Physical fitness requirements must be met.

Age Criteria

• Maximum 30 years as of 05/03/2025.
• Age relaxation:
  • SC/ST: 5 years
  • OBC (NCL): 3 years
  • Ex-Servicemen: As per government norms
  • PwBD Candidates: Up to 10-15 years depending on the category

Key Skills

• Fluency in English and Hindi (for Official Language post).
• Computer proficiency for Senior Assistant posts.
• Technical knowledge for Electronics and Accounts posts.
• Good physical fitness and driving skills for Fire Service post.

Selection Process

The selection process includes multiple stages:

1. Computer-Based Written Examination (CBT) (Duration: 2 hours)
   • For Senior Assistant Posts:
     • 50% questions related to the subject
     • 50% questions on General Knowledge, English, Reasoning, and Aptitude
   • For Junior Assistant (Fire Service):
     • 50% subject-related questions
     • 50% General Knowledge, English, Reasoning, and Aptitude
2. Skill Tests (for relevant posts)
   • Typing & Translation Test (for Official Language post)
   • Computer Literacy Test (for Accounts post)
3. Physical Endurance & Driving Test (for Fire Service post)
   • 100m running, rope climbing, ladder climbing, casualty carrying test, pole climbing.
4. Medical Examination & Document Verification
